Debbie Lunn shows impressive naivety over the tuk-tuk situation where she declares them fun (Letters, April 16).
In the unlikely event of her getting elected to sit on Brighton and Hove City Council in May, one can only hope she is kept well away from the schools or social services brief if she believes a group of unlicensed, unchecked drivers conveying residents and visitors in our city is fun.
Maybe she should visit the family of the lad who spent weeks in Hurstwood Park hospital, after he fell out of a tuk-tuk, to ask them how much fun they have been having?
Or maybe she should spend a little more time getting her facts right rather than putting petty party politics over people's safety.
