With regard to TJ Ealey's letter on the area covered by Brighton and Hove City Council and NCP (Letters, April 4).
I have just had the pleasure of visiting the Popes Folly and Portland Road area. The mafia would come second to Brighton and Hove City Council and NCP in the way it has stitched up the motorist, the business people and the residents of this area.
