Brighton-based Futuremedia has signed a deal with Britvic to supply the soft drinks manufacturer's 2,700 staff with a new online learning programme.
The company, in Nile Street, said its e-life programme offered a variety of courses from professional development to the national curriculum.
Boss Leonard Fertig said the aim of e-life, now in its testing stage, was to increase skills of the workforce and their families. Membership to the e-life site is being offered to Britvic workers as a corporate perk. They will be able to select online educational programs free and access others on a paid-for "learningon- demand" basis.
Futuremedia said it was in discussion with other companies and membership organisations regarding additional partnerships for e-life.
