A new beach sports venue has applied for permission to hold marriages.
Yellowave Beach Sports Venue in Madeira Drive, Brighton, has applied to the city council for a licence to hold weddings and civil partnerships in its bar and cafe area.
The venue, which opened last month, has six sand-filled volleyball courts.
Restaurant Due South and the Palace Pier are currently the only venues to host marriages directly on the seafront in Brighton.
