A date has been set for the trial of five suspects accused of murder.
Matthew Heading, 41, was found dead in his room at Glenwood Lodge Hotel in Grand Parade, Brighton, on June 23 last year.
A post mortem revealed he died from internal injuries which he suffered in an alleged assault two days earlier.
Adam Todd, 25, of Rope Tackle Walk, Shoreham, Joe Budgen, 19, of no fixed address, Martin Keating, 28, of Grove Hill, Brighton, Paul Hamlet, 32, of Falcon Court, Brighton and a 17-year-old from Brighton who cannot be named for legal reasons have all been charged with murder. They will appear at Hove Crown Court on April 16.
