It is hypocrisy at its most audacious that our politicians impose so-called green taxes on the working masses but at the same time commit billions to the ultimate climate changer of them all - Trident nuclear missiles.

The explosive release of nuclear material into our atmosphere will do more harm than all the carbon emissions since the invention of the motor engine.

I am raging with anger that our politicians are signing up to a deal that the majority of the British people find abhorrent.

It has driven me to despair and forced me to start my own political party so I can at least pretend to have a certain amount of power over my own destiny.

Now is the time for direct action to stop the proliferation of nuclear weapons in our country.

We can no longer depend on our politicians to represent our views in Parliament.

The spirit of democracy is dead.
