Serving Indian food like you've never tasted before, Indian Summer takes a refreshing approach to food.
Indian Summer first opened in Hove in 2001 serving real Indian food from all regions of India and the success of this restaurant led to the opening of a second, larger restaurant in East Street, Brighton.
All dished are cooked individually with no artificial additives or colourants and using only free-range chicken.
Favourites include masala dosa and bhel poori.
Such has been the demand that Indian Summer now offers an outside catering service for functions from business meetings to birthdays and weddings.
Private hire is available at both Brighton and Hove.
Catering can be tailored to client's exact needs, and includes special requests, specific dietary needs and vegetarian meals.
Co-owner Minesh Agnihotri says: "When I was growing up, I was a bit sick of Indian food being given a reputation as all curry and I want to set the record straight. We serve real Indian food, the kind I am used to but which a lot of people will never have seen or heard about."
