Michael Reid, 53, of Mount Pleasant Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour while drunk in Robertson Street, Hastings on September 9. He was fined £30, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.
Philip Holden, 63, of Calvert Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty to driving on two front tyres which had an illegal breadth of tread on Robertson Hill, Hastings on January 19. He was fined £110, ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £20 and three points were added to his licence.
Romany Vincent Burns, 21, of Magdalen Road, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to assault by beating through headbutting, several punches to the face and dragging the victim by their hair on November 16. In doing so he had breached a restraining order, which he also pleaded guilty to. He was sent to prison for 26 weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.
Alex Emami, 36, of Marina, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to stealing two handbags, worth £249.99, from TK Maxx in Bexhill Road, St Leonards. Given a 12-month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
Lucas Gabor, no age given, of West Hill Road, St Leonards, was convicted in his absence of not wearing a seatbelt. Fined £200 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Leigh Oliver Haddock, 23, of Coplands Rise, Northiam, was convicted in his absence of driving without a valid MOT certificate. Fined £200 plus a victim surcharge of £20. Ordered to pay £85 costs.
Louise Helen Kaukolahti, 40, of Buxton Drive, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of wine, worth £14.74, from Co-op; two counts of stealing a bottle of Frosty Jacks Cider from One Stop in Turkey Road, stealing a bottle of premium cider worth £2.25 from Co-op, stealing a three-pack of a Desperado Tequila, from Sainsbury’s, and stealing a bottle of wine from One Stop. Ordered to have three-months’ drug dependency treatment and be supervised for six months. Also ordered to pay £34.97 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Samuel Jason Headech, 22, of Eversley Road, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to dishonestly receiving stolen goods, two Tag Heuer watches, worth £6,500 in Bexhill on February 12. Jailed for eight weeks.
Louis Paul Goddard, 32, of Elms Lane, Hastings, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a woman by beating and one of failing to answer bail. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months. Ordered to be supervised for 24 months, take part in four alcohol intervention sessions and 30 building better relationships sessions. Also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Noah Michael Heyworth-Cooper, 19, of Holmhurst Lane, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to handling stolen goods, a Ford Mondeo worth £400. Jailed for four weeks, due to previous motor offences.
Kathleen Perry, 49, of London Road, Bexhill, pleaded guilty to two counts making false representation, by taking goods off the Co-op shelf and then claiming them to be hers and asking for a refund; and stealing stationary worth £31.99 belonging to British Bookshops and Stationers Plc. Ordered to be supervised, pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Thomas George Driscoll, 19, of Old London Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty to interfering with motor vehicles with intent to steal. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Craig Leigh Richards, 36, of Blomfield Road, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to waiting in a car on a section of road where waiting was prohibited. Fined £37 plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Alex Ellis Brooke, 35, of Chiltern Drive, Hastings, pleaded guilty to being responsible for and the owner of a brindle Staffordshire bull terrier which was dangerously out of control in Chiltern Drive, Hastings, on June 19. He was fined £73 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. Also ordered to keep the dog muzzled and on a lead when in public, to be tethered when in his garden and to be neutered within three months.
Thomas William Ezuruike, 30, of London Road, Bexhill, was convicted in his absence of driving without a valid MOT certificate. Fined £200 plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Phillip Kemp, 61, of Catsfield Road, Crowhurst, Battle, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Fined £460 plus a £46 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.
