Nico Soncini, 42, of Gibbon Road, Newhaven, pleaded guilty to stealing £35 cash and a Ford Fiesta worth £950. Ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work, pay a total of £235 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Przenslaw Rogacki, 38, of Lewes Road, Newhaven, admitted breaching a community order by failing to perform unpaid work by failing to attend on July 5 and September 14. Ordered to carry out seven additional hours of work on top of the original 140 hours.
Marc John Goatcher, 26, of Gibbon Road, Newhaven, was found guilty of destroying a glass mirror, worth £72, breaking into a premises, and assault. Jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £187.98 compensation.
Suzanna Elizabeth Henry-Randell, 25, of Brighton Road, Newhaven, was found guilty of failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions that she was no longer caring for a named individual for at least 35 hours a week and that the dependant had been taken into local authority care, affecting her entitlement to disability living allowance. Given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £10 victim surcharge and £100 costs.
Jamie Lusted, 37, of Beresford Road, Newhaven, pleaded guilty to violently entering a premises, and assault. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to be supervised for 12 months, pay £150 compensation.
Tony Allan Oake, aged 39, of Northdown Road, Newhaven, pleaded guilty to harassment, in that he made a malicious referral to the NSPCC, to Lewes District Council and to the RSPCA about his neighbour. Given a restraining order, ordered to take part in 12 community reintegration sessions, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 costs.
Neil Rolfe-Herbert, aged 34, of Beach Road, Newhaven, pleaded guilty to harassment, after he threatened to try and get a woman sacked from her job at Lidl if she refused to go out with him. Ordered to take part in a community re-integration programme for 16 sessions. Given a restraining order. Fined £35, ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
