Warren Leake, 30, of The Avenue, Goring, pleaded guilty to damaging a woman’s front door in Worthing, breaching a restraining order and committing an offence whilst under a conditional discharge. He was jailed for a total of nine weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £20.
Paul Ronald Smales, 67, of Eastern Sands Caravan Park, Brighton Road, Lancing, pleaded guilty to stealing cash worth £6,421.75 from Kathleen Tiplady. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to do 200 hours’ unpaid work and pay £6,421.75 compensation.
Victoria Charlotte Fairman, 29, of Penhill Road, Lancing, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 30mph zone, in a Cadillac. Fined £60 plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Simon Anthony Cole, 44, of Brighton Road, Lancing, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red traffic light. Fined £100 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Iain Douglas Greensmith, 60, of The Lawns, Sompting, pleaded guilty to drink driving in a Mazda 6 on St James’s Street, Brighton on November 7 after blowing 63mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £250 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85.
