Andrew Ross Dunstan, 48, of Beech Road, Horsham, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Ordered to do 100 hours’ unpaid work, pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 24 months, to be reduced by 24 weeks if he completes an approved driving course.
Paul Dennis Evans, 35, of St Johns Crescent, Broadbridge Heath, Horsham, pleaded guilty to racially and religiously aggravated use of threatening, abusive or insulting words. Ordered to do eight community reintegration sessions, carry out 50 hours’ unpaid work, pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Jack Pearce, 23, of Southwater, Horsham, pleaded guilty to failing to stop at the scene of an accident and failing to report the accident to police within 24 hours. Fined £100 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.
Roxanna Soltani, 28, of Hazelhurst Crescent, Horsham, pleaded guilty dishonestly telling the Department of Work and Pensions that she was working, in order to get income support. Given a 12-month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and pay costs of £85.
Danny Vincent Johnson, 21, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to damaging a car window and a front door, failing to answer bail, stealing a North Face jacket from Blacks in Black Horse Way, Horsham, and a North Face jacket worth £120 from Milletts in West Street, Horsham. Jailed for six weeks suspended for nine months. Given a restraining order, ordered to pay £120 compensation and £80 victim surcharge.
Gary Leslie Bonella, 51, of Pound Lane, Shipley, Horsham, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 30mph zone. Fined £267, plus a £27 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with four points.
Lisa Helen Brace, 31, of Crawford Gardens, Horsham, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red traffic light signal. Fined £67 plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Scott David Gunson, 46, of Nuthurst Road, Maplehurst, Horsham, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 70mph zone. Fined £666 plus a £67 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.
Sinead Katherine Laver, 34, of Brighton Road, Mannings Heath near Horsham, pleaded guilty to breaking the 30mph speed limit in a Volvo and using a mobile phone in Manor Royal, Crawley on January 8. She was fined a total of £290, ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £20 and four points were added to her licence.
Victoria Claire Lacy, 46, of Bar Lane, Southwater, Horsham, pleaded guilty to keeping an untaxed Land Rover on the road. Fined £125, plus £20.84 back duty and £90 costs.
Garry Moss, 33, of Lane House, Horsham, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, with intent. Ordered to be supervised for 12 months, pay a £60 victim surcharge.
Ricky Lewis Abbott, 22, of Broadbridge Heath, Horsham, pleaded guilty to possessing three grams of cocaine and four small bags of cannabis. Given a 24-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Kirsty Lisa Barrell, 31, of St Michaels Way, Partridge Green, pleaded guilty to breaking a 60mph speed limit on the A24 Dial Post on January 17. She was fined £80, ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £20 and three points were added to her licence.
Paul Evans, 35, of St John’s Crescent, Horsham, pleaded guilty to intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on October 31. It was also deemed that the offence was racially and religiously aggravated. He was told to attend a community re-integration activity for eight sessions and carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within the next year. He was told to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Roxanna Soltani, 28, of Hazlehurst Crescent, Horsham, pleaded guilty to dishonestly making a statement or representation to the Department for Work and Pensions, between April 19 and October 17, 2013, for income support. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £15 surcharge and £85 costs.

He also pleaded guilty to not giving his name and address to the other driver and failing to report the accident to the police within 24 hours For the first count, he was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85. His licence was also given five points. For the second he was fined £50.
