Joanne Marie Miles, 41, of Bush Farm Drive, Portslade, pleaded guilty to breaking the 30mph speed limit on Lewes Road in Brighton on January 19. She was fined £90, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and three points were added to her licence.
Donald Craig Mcilhinney, 33, of Drove Road, Portslade, pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable doing his duty in Clayton Way, Hove on September 9 and failing to answer bail. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and a £35 fine.
Darren James Rickard, 45, of High Street, Portslade, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 30mph zone. Fined £37 plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Aida Nfissi, 33, of Mile Oak Road, Portslade, has pleaded guilty to dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions about a change in circumstances that would affect her entitlement to income support, namely that she was sharing a household with Mohammed Chebbi. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
Anthony Reginald Washer, 42, of Highdown, Southwick, was found guilty of resisting a constable doing her duty, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Fined £137 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.
Daniel Harry Chivers, 24, of Penstone Court, Wilmot Road, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to assault; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour; and driving without third-party insurance. Given a community order comprising a 12-week curfew and supervision. Ordered to pay £150 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with seven points.
Andrew Michael James Nicholl, 29, of Clove House, Ropetackle, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly, two counts of possessing cannabis, and assault. Suspended sentence for previous offences of battery and assaulting a constable implemented as a sentence of five weeks in jail.
Teresa Mary Day, 63, of Weavers Court, Ropetackle, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to stealing £164 worth of Golden Virginia Tobacco from World Duty Free in Gatwick Airport. Given a six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Bruce Dewey, 34, of Rossyln Avenue, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to assault and two counts of failing to answer police bail. Given a 6pm-7am curfew for three months. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Tomasz Danielewicz, 38, of Holmbush Close, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 30mph zone. Fined £100 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Benjamin Craig Tandoh, 25, of Kingston Court, Stoney Lane, Shoreham, pleaded guilty to stealing washing detergent and cosmetics, worth £96.17, from Morrisons. Fined £110 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
