Margaret Clarke, 70, of Priory Way, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Fined £100 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
Michelle Cashin, 27, of Wilmington Way, Haywards Heath, was found guilty of assault and pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable doing her duty. Admitted committing the offence while on a 12-month conditional discharge for assaulting a PC. Ordered to take part in 10 Inspire sessions, pay a £60 victim surcharge and £140 costs.
Jeremy Francis, 39, of Weavers Mead, Haywards Heath, was found guilty to failing to give information to police relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £1,125 plus £113 victim surcharge and £755 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.
Mark Christopher Heading, 42, of Tott Hill, Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 70mph zone. Fined £450 plus £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.
Lucy May Triance, 33, of The Marlings, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to speeding in a 30mph zone. Fined £37 plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Joshua Williams, 21, of Wingle Tye Road, Burgess Hill, pleaded guilty to stealing approximately £130 from Q Leisure. Fined £130 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Oliver Perver-Gale, 28, of Colwood Lane, Warninglid, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine. Fined £110, plus £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
Luke Alan Sherbourne, 23, of Brooklands, Lower Bolnore Village, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a constable’s directions to leave a certain area at Madeira Drive, Brighton. Admitted resisting constables in the execution of their duty. Fined £100 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
