Michael O’Connor, 71, of no fixed address was found guilty of damaging a Citroen C5 and a Ford Ranger pick-up in Baffins Lane, Chichester on July 7. Freddie Lewis Hastings, 21, of Lidsey Road, Woodgate, Chichester, pleaded guilty to failing to stop an Audi at a traffic light on the A29, Shripney Road, Bognor. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Richard Stephen Carpenter, 41, of Stocks Lane, East Wittering, Chichester, was convicted in his absence of driving a Nissan on the A27 at Fishbourne, Chichester, without insurance and without a valid MOT certificate. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. License endorsed with six points.

Sorin Adrian Cocos, 35, of Manhood Lane, Sidlesham, Chichester, pleaded guilty to speeding in a Hyundai on the A24 Broadwater Road, Worthing, a 30mph zone, on March 2. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

Jacob Done Masters, 22, of North End Road, Yapton, pleaded guilty to not wearing a seatbelt while riding in the front seat of a Vauxhall in Burnham Avenue, Bognor on January 6. He was fined £30 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.
