Colin Taylor, 39, of Tyson Place, Brighton, pleaded guilty to being drunk in a public place and breaching his bail conditions by failing to attend court. He was fined a total of £183, was ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £20.
William Daniel Worms, 31, of Crespin Way, Brighton, was found guilty of stealing two Lynx deodorants and a number of World Cup sticker packs worth a total of £74.58. He was fined £110, was ordered to pay costs of £145 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £20.
Assouman Muhirwa, 30, of Charles Street, Brighton, pleaded guilty to being in possession of three wraps of cannabis and not holding the correct licence to drive a vehicle on Kingway in Hove. He was fined a total of £110, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, a victim surcharge of £20 and three points were added to his licence.
Dean Maundrell, 26, of no fixed address pleaded guilty to driving a Ford KA while disqualified in Viaduct Road, Brighton. He was disqualified from driving for six months and must re-sit his test. He was also was ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid community work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Daniel Mark Morgan, 31, of Birdham Road, Brighton, pleaded guilty to stealing a pair of deck shoes and eight shirts worth £315 from Marks and Spencer. Suspended sentence for original offences of possessing a class b drug, theft and failing to surrender to custody activated. He was jailed for a total of 70 days.
Phillip Richard Ballard, 41, of Queens Park Rise, Brighton, pleaded guilty to breaking a 30mph speed limit in a Toyota on the A259 at Black Rock on January 25. He was fined £300, ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £30 and six points were added to his licence.
Khaled Hamdan, 45, of Prince Regents Close, Brighton, pleaded guilty to breaking the 70mph speed limit in his BMW on the A27 at Chichester. He was fined £800, ordered to pay costs of £85, a victim surcharge of £80 and six points were added to his licence.
Laurence Richard Hughes, 27, of Pulborough Close, Brighton, was found guilty in his absence of driving a Volkswagen on Whitehawk Road with no test certificate. He was fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.
Radoslaw Piotr Lapka, 28, of Queens Park Rise, Brighton, pleaded guilty to breaking the 30mph speed limit on the A259 Kingsway, Hove in a Vauxhall on December 10, 2013. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and three points were added to his licence.
