Neil Andrew Batten, 46, of Ferndown Gardens, Bognor, pleaded guilty to failing to stop at a red light, at a railway crossing. Fined £40 plus £20 victim surcharge, £60 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
Daniel Hunter, 26, of Victoria Drive, Bognor, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Fined £110 plus £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months if completes an approved driving course.
Szymon Kacper Purgat, 27, of Victoria Drive, Bognor, pleaded guilty to crashing a car he was driving without the consent of the owner or lawful authority, damaging a brick wall; and drink-driving. Ordered to do 300 hours’ unpaid work, fined £230 plus a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 24 months.
Ozay Huesseyin, 47, of West Street, Bognor, pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis. Given a 6-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
Aleksej Volkov, 32, of West Way, Wick, Littlehampton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified – for the third time. Jailed for 11 weeks: Magistrates said he had not learned from previous offences.
Philip Day, 63, of Balmoral Close, Rustington, Littlehampton, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 48 months.
Daniel Jones, 33, of Bayford Road, Littlehampton, pleaded guilty to drink-driving, Fined £300, plus £30 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 38 months. Must pay £85 costs.
Andrius Sadauskas, 27, of Arundel Road, Littlehampton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. Ordered to do 120 hours’ unpaid work, Fined £220 plus £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.
Juris Timermanis, 52, of East Ham Road, Littlehampton, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Fined £220 plus £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks if he completes an approved driving course.
Leonard George Alec Butler, 38, of Beaconsfield Road, Wick, Littlehampton, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order, by failing to attend unpaid work on August 2 and 9. Ordered to attend specified activities of compliance for three days and pay costs of £70.
