A loveable pair of youngsters have been making good progress.

These cute red panda babies born at Drusillas Park, near Alfriston, in June are more adventurous every day and showing their true colours.

The twins have now been named Mya and Anmar at the suggestion of fans on Facebook after their natural habitat in Myanmar.

At 12 weeks old, the twins now have the markings of their parents and their fur has deepened into a red-brown coat.

Head Keeper, Mark Kenward said: “The cubs are starting to get restless and are awake the majority of the time now.

“They are both vocal and it should not be too long before they start venturing beyond the nest box.”
