THERE was a hairy moment when Naomi Coleman made the brave decision to have the chop to raise money for cancer charities.
Naomi, who lives in Hove, has worn her hair long for the past 10 years but after her friend's toddler son was diagnosed with a brain tumour she wanted to help him and the charity Cancer Research UK.
She said: “This is close to my heart as a few family members and friends have had cancer or passed away from it. I also feel that everyone knows someone or has suffered themselves.
“And, as I'm also familiar with The Little Princess Trust charity, I'm donating the plait to them so they can make wigs for children who have lost all their hair.”
Claire plans to finish off her new look with a pixie cut.
