Police are still calling for help tracking a group of intruders who attacked a man who disturbed them.
A 62-year-old man was walking past a building site that backs onto Goodhew Close in Yapton at about 7.15pm on Wednesday April 30 when he noticed men acting suspiciously on the site.
The shouted to the men but then continued to walk along the footpath eastwards towards Fordwater Gardens.
One of the group ran towards him from behind and punched him in the face which caused him to fall suffering a cut to his head, black eye and two teeth knocked out.
The attacker is described as 5' 10", white, tanned, about 30 and of athletic build with close cropped hair and a beard.
