Three men have been charged in relation to last month’s March for England.
Scott Horwood, 49, a welder of South Terrace, Littlehampton, has been charged with common assault and will appear at Brighton Magistrates Court on July 3.
Adam Barr, 22, of no fixed address, was charged with assaulting a police officer and will stand trial on August 11.
Richard Kemp, 39, of Gibbet Street, Halifax, was charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He will appear for trial on August 14.
The trial locations are yet to be fixed.
The nationalist march took to the streets of Brighton on April 27 and resulted in numerous clashes between the police and protestors.
