Woman charged following fatal traffic collision
A woman is to appear in court in connection with a fatal traffic accident.
Dawn Devine, 54, of Wish Field Drive, Felpham, Bognor, has been charged with causing death by careless driving.
It follows her involvement in the incident at the junction of the A259 Crookthorn Lane and the B2233 Yapton Road at Climping, near to the Oystercatcher pub, on August 25 last year.
She has been bailed to appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on June 24.
Robert 'Jacko' Giacopazzi, 48, of the Prince of Wales publ, Highfield Road, Bognor, suffered fatal injuries after his Yamaha motorbike was in collision with a Vauxhall Corsa driven by Ms Devine.
