Man charged with assault
A man is due to appear in court following an incident that left a person with a serious head injury.
Tony Cocks, 35, of Windward Close, Littlehampton, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm to a 54-year-old Rustington man.
He will appear at Worthing Magistrates Court on June 24.
The charge relates to an assault in Armada Way, Littlehampton, on April 4.
