Man due in court to face race hate charge
A man is to appear in court accused of criminal damage causing racially aggravated harassment, alarm and distress.
The charge relates to graffiti found on a wall at the Unitarian Church in New Road, Brighton.
Joe Laurie White, 30, of St Mary's Road, Shoreham, is bailed to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on Thursday June 26.
