Planning consent has been secured for a 58-bed care home in Brighton.
Entrepreneur and property owner Mike Holland is seeking care operators on a pre-let basis through Fleurets, Flude Commercial and Graves Jenkins.
The site is located on the Brighton and Hove border on the junction of King George VI, Dyke Road and the A27, with excellent road access.
The site extends to three acres, with planning consent obtained for five detached houses and a 58-bed nursing home.
Mike Holland said: “I am delighted to place this unique opportunity on the market with Nick together with Andrew Halfacree of Fludes and Phil Graves of Graves Jenkins.
“We expect a tremendous amount of interest in this opportunity from local and national operators.”
Expressions of interest are invited from care home operators on a pre-let basis on the 58-bedroom care home element on the site.
