A digital agency has been recognised as one of the leading independent marketing firms in the country.
Bloom Worldwide, based in Brighton, was ranked fifth in marketing bible The Drum’s Independent Agency Census 2014.
The annual list ranks agencies from across the marketing spectrum.
Bloom performed strongly across financial performance, client satisfaction and peer recognition, the three key areas.
Over the last year it has worked for Toyota, Butlins and the Museum of London.
Managing director Kate Cooper was head of social media for the Government Cabinet office and was involved in developing the social media strategy for London 2012.
She said: “We set out to create an agency where data insights form the cornerstone of everything we create for our clients, so to have that vision independently verified by our clients and peers alike is particularly gratifying.
“To be ranked fifth alongside such fantastic agencies is an incredible achievement for us and I’d like thank my Bloom colleagues for their amazing contribution.”
The firm was founded three years ago and has grown into a multi-million pound business with offices in Brighton and London.
It defines itself as an insight-powered digital agency specialising in search, social and content.
The firm recently left its office in Tower Point for a bigger home in Lees House, Upper North Street.
