Patients who take cannabis to relieve the symptoms of their illnesses will be giving a talk.
Clark French, who appeared in The Argus on Saturday, will be speaking about how taking the illegal drug helps him live with the debilitating pain of multiple sclerosis.
He will be one of a number of speakers talking at the Cowley Club in London Road, Brighton on Saturday.
The event called Patients’ Perspective will also be inviting talks from people with diabetes, cancer and epilepsy about taking cannabis for medicinal reasons.
Other people who use the drug to treat medical conditions are also invited to speak in an open forum at the free event from 4pm on Saturday.
