A 10-year-old boy was assaulted by a man in his 30s.
A man approached the boy while he was pushing his bike, which had a puncture, home.
The man grabbed his bike and pushed it towards him, causing him to fall and the bike to land on top of him. The boy sustained bruising to his ankle.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault in the Oatlands and Gossops Drive area of Crawley, on May 7 at 5.10pm.
The one suspect is described as a large built white man, aged between 30 and 40, with a pale complexion.
He has short black hair which was spiked at the front, brown eyes and stubble.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call 101 or email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 1202 of 7/5. Alternatively, call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
