A motorcyclist was hospitalised after colliding with a tree.
Police were called to the A259 Barnhorn Road in Bexhill on Monday to reports a motorbike collided with a tree outside Lamb Cottage.
The rider of the black Kawasaki, a 53-year-old man from Crawley, suffered multiple injuries and was airlifted to London's King's Hospital by the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance. His injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
The road was partially blocked while emergency services dealt with the incident.
