A man has been arrested on suspicion of raping a woman who was sleeping in a toilet.
The 49-year-old was sleeping in Brighton’s Pavilion Garden disabled toilet when she was attacked at around 9am on March 23.
Sussex Police said a 49-year-old man from Seaford was arrested in relation to the incident. He was later bailed until May 28.
Detective Sergeant Cheryl Lewendon, from Brighton CID, said: “We believe there were a number of people in the vicinity of the toilets around that time and we would like to speak to anyone who saw anything suspicious.”
