Man dies after falling from ladder
A 70-year-old man fell to his death while working on guttering in Crawley.
The man, yet to be identified, was clearing the guttering of a house in Westfield Road at about 11am yesterday (Monday, March 31).
The air ambulance was called to the scene but despite being treated by paramedics the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Health and Safety Executive is aware of the incident and is making formal enquiries.
The coroner’s office has also been made aware of the death.
