Police cordon off beach after person falls off cliff
The body of a middle-aged has been found on a beach and police have taped off the area.
The man was found on the undercliff path directly below the junction of the A259 Marine Drive and Cranleigh Avenue, Saltdean, at 4.40am today.
The body has yet to be formally identified.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious and the matter has been referred to the coroner's officer
The road towards the beach at the Rottingdean slope has been taped off.
