A lift for the disabled has been stolen in Bexhill
The square aluminium hydraulic disabled platform lift was hoisted onto the back of a white truck and driven away between midday and 1.30pm on Sunday in Gloucester Avenue.
It was taken by a group of three people - a woman with black hair, a man and a child aged about 12.
Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses.
It may have been taken to be sold for scrap but was worth several thousand pounds.
Anyone with information should call 101 quoting serial 413 of 25/3, email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
