A man arrested on suspicion of murder after a fire which killed 24-year-old Terry Davies has been rebailed.
The blaze in South Parade, Littlehampton claimed the life of the supermarket worker, who was about to propose to his girlfriend.
The fire at 12.47am on September 12 last year was started deliberately.
The arrested man, a 29-year-old from Bognor, has been rebailed until May 8 while investigations continue.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting Operation Annexe.
