A fire has broken out at the Golden Palace takeaway in Seaford.
Four fire engines from East Sussex Fire and Rescue are on the scene at the restaurant in High Street, Seaford.
The fire started in the kitchen area of the basement just before 2pm.
About twenty firefighters are in attendance, with four breathing apparatus units.
The engines came from Newhaven, Seaford and Eastbourne.
