Brighton bus bosses will be meeting with users to discuss the service.
Mike Best, operations director for Brighton and Hove Buses, will attend a drop-in meeting at the Community Cafe, New Larchwood in Coldean from 10am to noon on March 25.
This meeting in response to a petition about the infrequency for the 24 bus started in October by Coldean resident Ashley Desmond.
Michael Inkpin-Leissner, another Coldean resident, said: “The unreliability means that you have to allow much more time for your journey. Coldean can feel very cut off sometimes.
“Real-time indicators would at least tell you that there is a bus on the way.”
Coldean residents are encouraged to attend the drop-in meeting and those unable to attend can email hollingdeanandstanmer@brightonhovelabour.com to pass on their comments.
