Residents and businesses in Brighton and Hove should be aware of the way of thinking of the Green Party on Brighton and Hove City Council.

Councillor Pete West is quoted as saying that it is “fantastic that the number of cars in our city are falling”.

I am sure that is great comfort to all the motor traders who sell and repair cars and all the allied trades to the motor industry who generate employment and wealth in our economy.

This political party has scant regard for motorists and is reducing the convenience and freedom of owning a car.

Shame on this party’s war on the motorist.
