A man has been charged with conspiracy to traffic women into the UK.
Attila Kolompar, was arrested at Heathrow Airport yesterday afternoon by officers from Home Office Immigration Enforcement Criminal Investigations, after being extradited from Hungary.
The 37-year-old was arrested by Hungarian authorities over the weekend.
Late last night he was charged with one charge of conspiracy to traffic girls into the UK between March 2011 and December 2012, one charge of trafficking persons into the United Kingdom for sexual exploitation contrary to Section 57 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and one charge of control of prostitution for gain contrary to Section 53 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
He is set to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court later this morning.
