A man convicted of killing former Hove man Peter Falconio in Australia in 2001 has reportedly dropped an appeal against his conviction.
Lawyers representing Bradley Murdoch are said to have withdrawn an application for the appeal.
This was put forward in December last year.
Mr Falconio was 28 when he was killed in the Northern Territory in 2001.
His girlfriend Joanne Lees, who lived with him in Hove, escaped.
