An elderly pedestrian has died of his injuries after being hit by two cars in a traffic accident in Crawley last month.
Sussex Police reported that Bernard McNeill, 77, died today at St George’s Hospital in London after he received a serious head injury following being struck while crossing the road on February 26.
Mr McNeill, from Faygate, was crossing Ifield Drive at the junction with Parham Road and opposite Ifield shopping parade, when he was struck by a silver Ford Fiesta and a black Volkswagen Passat.
