A prisoner's poster collection of scantily-clad women was ruined when his faulty TV set them on fire.
The inmate in Lewes Prison is left with nothing but bare walls after the blaze in his cell on Saturday morning (November 23).
Firefighters from Lewes station were sent to the jail, in Brighton Road, shortly after 10am.
His TV had set on fire with the flames spreading to his collection of naughty pictures.
A spokesman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue ruled out any suggestion of arson.
He said: “It was simply a small TV fire. He wasn’t hurt but unfortunately some of his female pictures were destroyed.”
