Car set alight in Newick green
A car was set alight close to a village pub in a suspected arson attack.
Firefighters from Barcombe were called to a car on fire close to The Bull on the Green in Newick near Lewes at just after 2am this morning.
Firefighters used breathing apparatus and a hose jet to tackle the fire which is believed to have been started deliberately.
