Brighton and Hove has enjoyed a dubious reputation for being one of the country's drug hotspots for many years now.
For several years, it was the drugs death capital of the UK, often losing the crown only to regain it later.
It has now shaken off that title, but today The Argus reports that the use of so-called legal highs has become so problematic, special clinics for people affected by their use have been opened - believed to be the UK's first.
One of the first high profile deaths from a former legal high, mephedrone, was Brighton student Hester Stewart, and her family has since campaigned tirelessly to get the dangerous substances banned.
Do you know anyone who takes legal highs? Should they be banned - and can they be banned?
