A woman was attacked as she walked through a forest in the middle of the night.
Two men assaulted the victim as she walked from Regents Close onto Woodmans Hill, Crawley in the early hours of yesterday morning.
There she was approached by two men who then attacked her in Broadfield Forest sometime between midnight and 12.30am.
The first suspect is described as white with pale skin, 5' 11', of skinny build and aged in his late 30s.
The second man is white, very short in height, of medium build and aged in his early 30s. They were wearing dark clothing and one was believed to be wearing a hat.
Police are keen to trace anyone that saw the woman walking along the route after midnight.
It is also believed that a group of women and men may have seen the two suspects on Woodmans Hill at about 12.20am.
