I wanted to give my views on the 20mph scheme under consultation by Brighton and Hove City Council.

(OK, yes I know it won’t take any notice of what I say but I still must do this).

I filled it in only to discover that the vast majority of the questions are concerned not with parking, traffic flow, business needs, the needs of drunken/drugged pedestrians and the death-race competitors cycling on pavements but whether I am transgender, was born transgender and what I consider to be my origin...

But no question on whether I believe I am a Jedi Knight?
