Brighton women's campaigners were joined by an MP in their fight for equality.
Looking resplendent in “votes for women” sashes, the Brighton Suffragettes invited Brighton Pavilion MP Caroline Lucas to join them on a walk around the city centre.
The group campaigns to get more women involved in democracy.
After the walk, Dr Lucas said: “It was fascinating to hear about some incredibly brave and inspiring local women.”
