He famously bared his bottom on The X Factor to reveal the tattooed names of seven girls. Now Frankie Cocozza is offering fans of his new band The Telescreen a real bum deal.
If fans pledge to pay £750 each, the cheeky Brighton singer will have five of their names tattooed on his backside.
The top of the bots idea started out as a joke, according to Frankie, 20.
“Obviously, the price is ridiculously extreme so none of us thought anyone would actually pledge it – and they haven’t, funnily enough,” he said. “I’d be willing to have more – and boys or girls wouldn’t bother me.”
Quirkies
Did this story make you chuckle? Here are some more recent quirkies to tickle your fancy:
The Telescreen have been together for about a year and in March launched a campaign to fund their first album through Pledge Music, which offers bands independence by giving fans exclusives in return for pledges of money.
Frankie made his brazen debut on The X Factor in 2011, when he turned his back on the panel of judges, including Tulisa Contostavlos, to drop his trousers and reveal the names of seven girls tattooed on his buttocks.
The former Longhill High School pupil was later axed from the show after he boasted about taking drugs and was barred from taking part in The X Factor Tour the following year.
