I was very sorry to read of the sad passing of Elizabeth Naylor in The Argus recently (Announcements, August 30).
Liz was a very popular character in Shoreham and Southwick, having moved from Hassocks nearly 60 years ago.
I know Liz worked tirelessly on a voluntary basis for the Stroke Association and also at Southlands Hospital for a number of years.
Liz’s son, Peter, deserves a special mention. He cared for his mum relentlessly. He is a wonderful, kind-hearted son and a shining star for his mum.
