A council investigation into childhood bullying revealed some children expect to be bullied at school.
Brighton and Hove City Council town hall chiefs admitted the issue was “of great concern” and has set up a scrutiny investigation to see what improvements can be made to the lives of thousands of children who are victims of bullying each year.
