An inquest is due to begin today into the death of a 38-year-old woman who died at speed trials in Brighton.
Charlotte Tagg, from Suffolk, died on September 8, 2012, after a crash at the trials in Madeira Drive. Another man was injured in the incident.
Following the crash tributes were paid to Ms Beck. Her partner, Nik Samson, said in an online tribute: “Charlotte was one of the most amazing people I’d ever met.
“She was just so ridiculously full of life. She’d come to biking quite late on, but had thrown herself headlong into it.
“She was beautiful, but never vain about it. She made friends with everyone and she cared deeply about people and animals.
“She was relentlessly upbeat, and could always make you smile no matter how low you were feeling.
“She wasn’t perfect, nobody is, but she went that extra mile to help, entertain and amuse anyone who needed it.”
