A bank is asking its customers to give their verdict on it services.
Barclays has launched Your Bank, an online community where customers can submit their ideas to shape the bank’s future services, tools and products.
The branch in Brighton is one of seven around the country which is a regional centre for the activity, and the company has erected a mock living room at the branch where people will be encouraged to submit their ideas and they will also be able to see what other people have come up with.

Paul Cronin, manager of the Barclays branch in North Street, Brighton, is inviting customers to share their ideas via iPads in branch or alternatively by using their smartphones and the free in-branch Wi-Fi.
The ideas submitted will be collated and displayed in branch so customers can see what ideas and suggestions are coming through.
Mr Cronin said: “I’d like to welcome as many customers as possible down to the branch to submit their views and ideas as to how we can make everyday banking easier for them.
“While we’re always listening to our customers, Your Bank is a new way of recording customer views in a more effective way.
“I’m excited about going back to local customers here in Brighton to tell them how their ideas are going to become reality, and help our customers locally and across the UK.”
